Our Focaccia is a soft, airy, olive oil rich, long-fermentation flatbread made with organic Janie’s Mill Stoneground Flour, Himalayan Mineral Salt & Extra Virgin OIive Oil. 

Comes in a 9″ round reusable or recyclable pan that can be reheated before eating. It makes a wholesome table bread, sandwich base, or snack.
