Cahokia white rice is a premium long grain rice that has excellent appearance and cooking quality with 60% more protein than traditional rice and a lower glycemic index.
Cahokia rice is grown & milled in Southern Illinois and identity preserved throughout the production process on the farm and in the mill. The rice that ends up on your table is uniform in appearance and texture creating a visually appealing white rice, light & fluffy with a creamy texture.
Please note: rice takes 20 minutes to cook, a little longer than traditional rice.
